Navah Consulting has been shortlisted for the RICS UK Awards 2026

We are pleased to confirm that Navah Consulting has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Contribution to Surveying (SME) category at the RICS UK Awards for the East of England region.

This recognition reflects the work we have been carrying out across our core services, including RICS Home Surveys and Red Book Valuations, together with our continued focus on providing clear, independent and evidence-based advice to our clients.

The RICS UK Awards are designed to recognise firms and professionals who demonstrate a consistently high standard of service, professionalism and impact across the built environment. The category in which we have been shortlisted considers not just individual instructions, but how a business operates as a whole, including its approach to professional standards, client outcomes and contribution to the wider industry. Being shortlisted, therefore, provides an indication that our approach, both technically and commercially, is being recognised at a regional level.

At Navah Consulting, our approach remains deliberately straightforward. We provide independent advice and do not pay referral fees to estate agents, mortgage brokers or other third parties. Our reports are grounded in inspection and supported by market evidence, with an emphasis on clear and practical communication. All instructions are undertaken in-house, allowing us to maintain consistency and quality across our work. We consider these principles fundamental to delivering reliable outcomes for clients and to meeting the standards expected of a regulated RICS firm.
