At Navah Consulting, we do not pay referral fees or commissions to estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, or other third parties for the introduction of work.

This is a deliberate approach, ensuring that our advice remains fully independent and free from external influence. Our instructions are received directly from our clients, and our opinions are based solely on our inspection findings, professional judgement, and supporting evidence.

As RICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers, we are bound by strict professional and ethical standards, including the requirement to act with integrity, objectivity, and transparency at all times. We consider independence to be fundamental to maintaining these standards.

While some firms obtain work through introducer relationships, our approach is to rely on the quality of our service, the consistency of our reporting, and recommendations from satisfied clients. This allows us to provide clear, considered, and unbiased advice, with our clients’ interests remaining the sole priority throughout.
