DropWorks Distillery - Barrel Drop Rum
DropWorks Barrel Drop is the first barrel‑matured rum to join the core range of British‑made rums crafted entirely from scratch at the DropWorks Distillery. It’s very much a product worth waiting for.
Distilled with copper and finished in oak, this rum is made using only the finest raw ingredients. Fermentation uses DropWorks’ world‑first Wild Trinity Yeast, a unique process you won’t find anywhere else, giving the spirit its distinctive character before it is batch‑distilled and carefully matured.
The rum is aged in a variety of casks, including a world‑first hybrid American and Portuguese oak rum barrel, creating a complex and warming flavour profile that feels perfectly suited to winter.
Expect indulgent notes of rum & raisin ice cream, jammy dates, and warm winter spices – rich, smooth, and unapologetically festive.
