New Starter - Spotlight - September 2025

In September, Navah Consulting is delighted to welcome Stephen King to the team.

Stephen joins us as a Surveyor, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects across London and the South East before moving into residential building surveying.

As an AssocRICS member and RICS Registered Valuer, Stephen combines strong technical knowledge, commercial understanding, and practical project expertise to deliver clear, reliable advice for our clients.

His work spans residential surveys and formal valuations, helping homeowners and investors make confident, well-informed property decisions.

Stephen’s background and client-focused approach make him a valuable addition to the Navah team, and we’re excited to see him offer a range of RICS Home Survey Level 2 and RICS Home Survey Level 3 services as well as RICS Valuations in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
