Testimonials

We used Navah Consulting for our level 2 survey and could not be happier with the professionalism and service which Jon, Stephen and their team provided.
The survey was organised quickly and there was transparent communication between the team and us.
Once this was conducted Stephen was kind enough to explain the results in two separate calls to go over any issues identified.

Freddie Hutchinson

All the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. It was easy and very quick to book in a date.
The survey was very thorough and we felt we got very good value for money.
They left no stone unturned and we felt we were armed with all the information we needed to go forward with buying our property.
Thank you Navah. We would recommend your services to anyone.

Jon at Navah was fantastic - a really thorough survey with a follow-up call and willing to be contacted beyond the survey being sent. Highly recommend.

RICS Level 2 Information:

What is a RICS Level 2 Home Survey

The RICS Home Survey Level 2 (HomeBuyer Report) is ideal for home buyers looking to uncover potential issues before committing to a purchase

The RICS Home Survey Level 2 (previously known as a HomeBuyer Report) is most suitable for conventional properties which are in a reasonable condition and built with standard construction methods.

  • Take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs, and

  • Consider what further advice you should take before committing to purchase the property

  • Make an informed decision on what is a reasonable price to pay for the property (if a market valuation is chosen to be included).

Reports can be offered on a ‘survey only’ basis or can be provided with a market valuation and reinstatement costs assessment.

If you would like to see a sample report, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
