Ware, a historic town in Hertfordshire, offers a variety of properties, from period homes to more contemporary developments. Streets like High Street, Warren Park Road, and Star Street feature charming Georgian and Victorian houses, which may require attention to roof structures, plumbing, or the preservation of original features. Older properties in and around the town centre may also experience issues such as damp or foundation concerns.

Newer homes in developments like North Street or Riverside can still benefit from professional guidance to ensure they meet modern standards and expectations.

Reviews

Five gold stars in a row.

I cannot recommend Jonathan Camus-Smith and the team at Navah Consulting highly enough. I commissioned an independent defect analysis for a persistent top-floor ceiling issue that had previously been misdiagnosed as lifestyle condensation. Jonathan did an incredibly thorough, forensic job. He went the extra mile to meticulously inspect the flat roof construction, pinpointing the exact structural design flaws (insufficient upstands and detailing issues) that were causing active water ingress. The resulting report was exceptional—highly technical, clearly cross-referenced with photographic evidence, and provided a definitive remedial specification that leaves no room for ambiguity. If you need a surveyor at a very affordable price who combines profound building pathology expertise with outstanding professionalism, look no further. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Five gold stars in a row

We have now used Navah Consulting twice and we are so happy with the service and support we have received. Jon has been great throughout our process from the first time we reached out for a quote and now still as we have had follow up questions and additional recommendations needed. He has always given us his time and that is very appreciated. As first time buyers it's essential to have a surveyor you can trust and who can guide you through terms and costs you yet do not understand and Navah has been the best choice we've made on our journey. Massive shout out to Jon and Aaron who have both undertaken surveys for us.

Five gold stars arranged in a row.

Jon was very helpful all the way through and kept me updated throughout. He provided a detailed report with photographs as well as calling me to explain his report. His after care was brilliant, answering questions from estate agents and solicitors. I would definitely recommend and use again.
